A complete renovation of all guestrooms and public spaces
The guestrooms and corridor project consists of 196 guestrooms over four floors and a remote building where all new finishes such as carpet, wallcovering, custom murals, millwork, lighting and’ all new FF&E was is being undated. The public space received a refresh of new all finishes such as fabric panels, custom wallcoverings, paint, carpet and’ new FF&E with some millwork improvements as well.
Pre-construction Services for the Elevation Hotel in Crested Butte.
A $60mm project will go under a major renovation to include the conversion of half the guestrooms to heigh-end condos, The remainder of the hotel rooms and all public spaces will get a major up-grade. The plans include adding a member only ski club, new outdoor experiences and a long list of other improvements.
A total renovation of the internationally renowned RAKxa Wellness Spa located inside the St. Regis Aspen Resort.
This project included an organic approach in finishes to include natural stone features, natural wood millwork, cork flooring, soft lighting features, plaster ceilings, custom wall coverings and all new FF&E among other things. The 14,000 SF spa renovation included all areas such as the registration area, retail space, treatment rooms, oxygen lounge, hot-spas, clod plunge wells, relaxation pool with waterfalls, steam rooms, locker rooms and a 2,500 ST fitness center.

ICI will build a model room in a remote location to simulate a guestroom experience and test constructability. Q2 - 2025
Further, we are providing advisory assistance to the Owner’s project manager as it relates to construction means & methods, project costs and introducing them to a greater network of resources to help complete the project in this remote mountain location.
When the core & shell is completed, ICI will provide a turn-key service to complete the interior finishes on the project

Christian Dior – Aspen
An interior improvement project which included reconfiguration of the space and reconditioning of walls, ceilings, floors, and electrical rework. High-end finishes included vinyl and fabric wall treatments, new color correct lighting, millwork features, custom frameless doors, installation of custom-built display cabinets and the build-out of new storage and BOH areas.
Completed the demo and readiness of the Christian Dior main store location and assisted in obtaining permits for the client.
Provided project management services for a complete conversion renovation of all guestrooms, public spaces, and exteriors. Sitting ocean front on Tumon Bay, the resort project consists of 330 rooms and suites, 25K sf of public space on 17 acers of land.
The hotel is being transformed into a 5-star resort with brand new amenities which include: the lobby, lounges, interior bars, social work spaces, club lounge, studio, fitness center, retail spaces, ocean front water sport retreat, family pool with water features, dinner show theater, The Terrace Restaurant overlooking Tumon Bay, and a covered lanai with ocean front infinity pool among other features. The new finished areas are supported by a total replacement of major systems such as an energy efficient VRF system for air conditioning, new LED lighting, modernized silent elevators, and revitalized commercial kitchens.
ICI provided Owner project management from conception to include identifying, interviewing, and onboarding the professional team; directing the design team with Owner and Brand input; onboarding the general contractor; interfacing with the procurement team to include close attention to specifications to assure products were within budget; and met the design intent with lead-times favorable to the schedule. ICI also provided all typical requirements of a PM for the duration of the project and an on-sight fulltime project superintendent / PM on behalf of the Owner to assure the work was consistent with the design intent and quality standards set forth by the Owner and Brand.

ICI developed the project budget, detailed scope of work, project schedule, and obtained Brand, Owner and Municipal approvals. The project stands ready and is tentative to begin Q1 of 2024

ICI provided Turnkey project management and general contracting services for the renovation of the guestrooms and public spaces.
ICI provided technical support on behalf of the client as a hotel construction expert. Responsibilities include reviewing the project budget as it relates to the design intent, evaluating the costs for construction, making cost savings recommendations for constructability, and material selections. ICI also provided feedback on the use of space, building layout, and configuration to increase the operational efficiency of the hotel and reduce overall construction costs.
