Texas A&M Hotel – Collage Station, TX
The Doug Pitcock ’49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is located on the historic Texas A&M University campus and is recognized as a AAA Four-Diamond hotel. ICI is engaged to complete a comprehensive renovation of the hotel’s guestrooms and corridors, supporting the continued delivery of a high-quality hospitality experience within this distinguished campus setting.
The renovation scope includes new finishes and FF&E throughout the 248 guestrooms and associated corridors, as well as the installation of new art features within designated public areas. The model room has been completed, and all required approvals have been secured, positioning the project to proceed in alignment with the approved design direction and project requirements.
Aspen InstituTE - Wellness Center, CO
ICI is currently providing pre-construction services to the Ownership team at Salamander Hotels & Resorts for the conversion and restoration of a historic building located on the Aspen Meadows Resort campus. Upon completion, the facility will be repositioned as a wellness center that preserves the character of the existing structure while incorporating modern amenities, enhanced guest-service areas, and upgraded building infrastructure. ICI will also serve as the general contractor for the project build-out.
The proposed scope includes selective demolition, construction of new additional space, and comprehensive replacement of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The work also includes installation of a new fire sprinkler and fire alarm system, new interior finishes, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge tanks, an outdoor spa, and improvements to the existing pool area, building exterior, and surrounding landscaping.
HAMPTON INN & SUITES - MYSTIC, CT
A complete renovation of all guestrooms and public spaces
The guestrooms and corridor project consists of 96 guestrooms over three floors where all new finishes such as carpet, wallcovering, millwork, lighting and’ all new FF&E is being undated. The public space work includes new flooring, wallcoverings, millwork, lighting, the addition of a market and expansion of the fitness center, all new FF&E
Redstone Castle Wellness Center Retreat – In Progress
The proposed project involves the conversion of a historic landmark mansion located along the Crystal River in Pitkin County, Colorado, into a distinguished wellness retreat. The work is intended to preserve the mansion’s historic character, architectural beauty, and sense of place while introducing refined hospitality amenities and upgraded site features appropriate for a luxury retreat setting.
The project is currently underway, with select site improvement activities in progress. ICI is providing turnkey services on behalf of the Owner, serving as both project manager and general contractor. The anticipated scope includes the development of private luxury-style guest cabins; a new aquatic spa retreat featuring a hot spa, cold plunge, and swimming pool; restoration of existing historic utilitarian buildings; construction of a new greenhouse; and additional complementary site and facility enhancements.

The guestrooms and corridor project consists of 128 guestrooms over five floors where all new finishes such as carpet, wallcovering, millwork, lighting and’ all new FF&E is being undated. The public space work includes new flooring, wallcoverings, millwork, lighting, the addition of a market all new FF&E
St Regis Hotel -Aspen
A complete renovation of all guestrooms and public spaces
The guestrooms and corridor project consists of 196 guestrooms over four floors and a remote building where all new finishes such as carpet, wallcovering, custom murals, millwork, lighting and’ all new FF&E was is being undated. The public space received a refresh of new all finishes such as fabric panels, custom wallcoverings, paint, carpet and’ new FF&E with some millwork improvements as well.
RAKxa wellness center
RAKxa Wellness Center
A total renovation of the internationally renowned RAKxa Wellness Spa located inside the St. Regis Aspen Resort.
This project included an organic approach in finishes to include natural stone features, natural wood millwork, cork flooring, soft lighting features, plaster ceilings, custom wall coverings and all new FF&E among other things. The 14,000 SF spa renovation included all areas such as the registration area, retail space, treatment rooms, oxygen lounge, hot-spas, clod plunge wells, relaxation pool with waterfalls, steam rooms, locker rooms and a 2,500 ST fitness center.

ICI provided cost analysis, scheduling feedback and constructability advise to the ownership group. We further assisted Ownership with the selection of the professional team and completed several site evaluations as the design progressed. The project will undergo a $65Mil renovation to include a complete renovation of the hotel guestrooms, all public spaces to include a ski beach and ski club and the addition of luxury condos
Black Orchid Luxury Resort & Residence, Belize – Phase One i
The proposed development is located on approximately 111 acres near Secret Beach, Belize, with approximately 900 linear feet of beachfront access. Phase One is anticipated to include a 90-key luxury hotel, 20 branded residences, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a fitness center, a spa and wellness center, a beach day club, outdoor recreation areas with pools, spas, and water features, a pool bar, and a water sports recreation center.
ICI is providing pre-construction advisory services in support of Phase One, including site evaluation, professional team selection, project budget review, schedule evaluation, constructability analysis, and development of project approach strategies.
Harriman Hotel by Viceroy Hotels & Resorts – Ketchum, Idaho
ICI provided pre-construction advisory services in support of the proposed development, including site evaluation, professional team selection, project budgeting, schedule evaluation, constructability review, and development of project approach strategies. The anticipated project budget is approximately $50 million.
standard EAST VILLAGE hotel
Located off Cooper Square in one of New York’s most vibrant and artistic neighborhoods, The Standard, East Village Hotel renovation included improvements to the guestrooms and corridors intended to enhance the overall guest experience and support the continued performance of the property. The scope of work included new interior finishes and FF&E throughout the 144 guestrooms and associated corridors.
christian dior - aspen, co
Located in the downtown core of Aspen, this project provided a temporary retail location while the client’s primary store location was planned for expansion. The work included interior improvements to support the temporary operations, including space reconfiguration; reconditioning of walls, ceilings, and floors; and associated electrical modifications. High-end finish elements included vinyl and fabric wall treatments, color-correct lighting, millwork features, custom frameless doors, custom-built display cabinets, and the build-out of new storage and back-of-house areas.
